4. Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
5. Delivery Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Lureto Space is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lureto-space.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery period, delays can occasionally occur.
