2. Free Returns
Returns are free of charge for eligible returns.
After contacting us, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Please do not send products back to us without first contacting our customer service team, as this may delay the processing of your return.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products should generally be:

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

6. Return Shipping
For eligible returns made within our 30-day return period, Lureto Space covers the return shipping costs.
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
If you choose a return method other than the method provided or approved by us, we may not be able to reimburse additional shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as reasonably possible after receiving the returned item.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
8. Original Shipping Costs
Because we offer free standard shipping, there are normally no original shipping costs to reimburse.
Where applicable law requires reimbursement of delivery costs, your statutory rights will apply.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@lureto-space.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
These situations are treated separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this Return & Refund Policy.
10. Exchanges
If you would like a different product or variation, please contact us at info@lureto-space.com.
Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
11. European Union Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
Our 30-day return period provides an additional period beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the applicable legal rules regarding refunds, return deadlines, and reimbursement of delivery costs will apply.
12. International Returns
Customers outside the European Union may also use our 30-day return policy where the order is eligible.
We will provide return instructions when you contact us.
Where we offer free returns to a particular destination, this will be communicated as part of the return instructions.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that cannot legally be recovered may be handled in accordance with applicable law.
13. Return Abuse
We reserve the right to investigate and refuse returns that involve fraud, abuse of the return policy, or repeated behaviour that is clearly unreasonable, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
